What about mosquitoes?

The lodge is equipped with mosquito nets on all beds and screened common areas. We also provide DEET-based repellent. The lodge sits on a breezy river bend which naturally reduces mosquito presence. We recommend long sleeves at dawn and dusk as an extra precaution.

Is there electricity and WiFi?

The lodge runs on solar power supplemented by a backup generator. Electricity is available throughout the day for charging devices. We have basic WiFi in the main lodge area — enough for messaging and email, but not suitable for streaming or video calls. Embrace the digital detox!

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy-based diets. Please inform us at least 48 hours before arrival so our kitchen can prepare accordingly. Our meals are primarily based on fresh, local ingredients — naturally accommodating many dietary needs.

What should I pack?

Pack light and practical: lightweight long-sleeve shirts, quick-dry pants, sturdy sandals or water shoes, a rain jacket, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), insect repellent, a headlamp or flashlight, binoculars for wildlife spotting, and a reusable water bottle. We provide rubber boots for jungle treks and towels at the lodge.

How does transport work? Is airport pick-up included?

Yes! All packages include round-trip transport from Iquitos airport. Upon landing, our team will meet you and transfer you to the river port for a scenic boat ride to the lodge (approximately 2–3 hours). We'll coordinate timing based on your flight details — just send us your itinerary after booking.
